LIBRARY MEMBERSHIP

P.G. Students:

The students studying in Post Graduate Departments of Karnatak University, Dharwad can apply for membership in the prescribed format (click here for membership form).  Provide Aadhar Card as your identification proof.

Ph.D Students:

The research scholars pursuing Ph.D programme in the Karnatak University, Dharwad can apply for library membership in the prescribed format (click here for membership form). Provide Aadhar Card as your identification proof.

Visitors:

The Post Graduate students/visitors from other Universities can also use the Library for reference with the permission of the University Librarian (click here for form). The visitors have to provide their identification proof (viz. Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID etc.).

Staff:

The Teaching and non teaching faculty of the University can avail their library membership through an application to the University Librarian submitted through the Head of the Department and a copy of the appointment letter.
